And with Hayden only half a second back it would seem that Aragon suits the Ducati :crossed:

Conspiracy theory:
Ducati to Rossi. "You can't win this year and you are coming accross to us next year so how about a favour?"
"All you have to do is give Casey a bit of a rev about not trying so we can get a win or two in before the end of the season."
"Good idea, add another million Euro to my pay check and I'll do it".

Australian MotoGP Weekend:

Rain delays practice

From sportal.com.au:

Rain delays practice

15/10/2010

Inclement weather has affected the start of opening practice sessions at the Australian MotoGP at Phillip Island.

A free practice session was planned for Friday afternoon but there has been consistent rain in Melbourne right throughout the day.

Heavy winds and rain have resulted in some sand being washed onto the track, with staff at the circuit attempting to clear the surface before it is safe to ride.

Despite wrapping up the title last week in Sepang, Jorge Lorenzo is gunning for his eighth victory of the season while Australian Casey Stoner will look to protect his impressive home record - he has won the last three races at the Phillip Island circuit.

Full Friday free practice times (1) from the Australian MotoGP, round 16 of the 2010 world championship.

The session was delayed by several hours due to poor weather and standing water.

Wet tyres were used throughout the hour although a dry line was starting to form by the end of the session.

Pedrosa choosing to not race tomorrow due to his injury. Even though this will make it easier for Stoner to get 2nd place in the championship, you can't help but feel sorry for Dani.
